Sam Hom aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Group, Division 310, confessed to the fact of San, Soldier of Division 310. In December 1975, San and Sam Hum and other network were indoctrinated by Ho, Member of Regiment Logistics, to set ablaze a power generator at Wat Srah Chak. In March 1976, San took part in burning down portable radio spare parts kept in a warehouse at Tuol Kok.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ថា នៅខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សាន និង សំហុម និងបក្ខពួកបានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ហូ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ ឱ្យទៅដុតម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើងក្នុងវត្ដស្រះចកឆេះ អស់មួយគ្រឿង។ នៅខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សាន បានចូលរួមដុត ឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ ជួសជុលតេអូឆេះអស់មួយឃ្លាំងនៅម្ដុំទួលគោក។
