Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of division 310 group, conceded that in 1972, he indoctrinated Seun, chief of regiment 12 office, division 310, to be treacherous to the party. In August 1975, Seun assigned Ho to burn down rice warehouse in Srah Chak, cars, cloth warehouse, and other equipment. After that, in April 1976, Seun accepted plan from Ho, Ol, and Yim to burn down and steal main equipment,and to persuade combatants and cadres to serve in anti-revolutionary activities.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានអប់រំឈ្មោះ សឺន ប្រធានមនី្ទរវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ ឱ្យក្បត់បក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សឺន ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីហូរ ឱ្យទៅដុតឃ្លាំងអង្ករនៅវត្ដស្រះចក ឱ្យដុតឡាន ដុតឃ្លាំងក្រណាត់ និងសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗទៀតរបស់រដ្ឋ។ ក្រោយមកទៀត នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦ សឺន បានចូលរួមទទួលផែន ការពី ហូ, អុល និង យីម ឱ្យដុតបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ លួចសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗ បំផុស យុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាល ឱ្យចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
