Sam Ham aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Division 310 Group, conceded that Be, Soldier of Division 310, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Yim, Ho and Ol, Cadres of Division Hospital, to destroy diplomatic cars and burn down houses in July 1976.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ហម ហៅ ផែន នាទីអនុប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ៣១០ - បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ បេ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ថាៈ នៅខែ៧ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ ពីឈ្មោះ យីម ហូ និង អុល កម្មាភិបាលនៅមន្ទីរកងពលឱ្យកំទេច ឡានទូតនិងដុតផ្ទះ។
