Mr. Sann rejects the continued maintenance of the Khmer Rouge regime, which is generally held responsible for mass killings of Cambodians while in power from April 1975 to January 1979, ANS instead favors a "Loose Coalition" formula under which each of the three participating groupe would keep full independence.
លោក សឺន សាន បានបដិសេធមិនបន្ដគាំទ្រលើខ្មែរក្រហម ដែលជាទូ ទៅត្រូវទទួលការសម្លាប់យ៉ាងរង្គាលលើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ខណៈពេល ដែល កាន់អំណាចចាប់តាំងពីខែមេសា ១៩៧៥ -នៅខែ មករា ១៩៧៩, កងកម្លាំងជាតិនិយមបានជំនួសឱ្យការគាំទ្រ «ក្រុមឥចម្រុះ» ដែលនៅ ក្រោមក្រុមនីមួយៗនៃក្រុមដែលចូលរួមទាំងបី នឹងរក្សាឯករាជ្យ ភាពពេញលេញ។
