The United States said today it would continue providing emergency relief for residents of Kampuchea only if supplies were carefully monitored and the Soviet bloc also gave substantial aid. Having invaded and occupies Kampuchea in Violation of the U.N. charter and resolutions of the General Assembly.
សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បាននិយានៅថ្ងៃនេះថា និងបន្ដការចែកចាយជំនួយ សង្គ្រោះ បន្ទាប់សម្រាប់ប្រជានកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះ ប្រសិនបើការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ត្រូវ បានតាមដាន ដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ននិងប្លុកសូវៀត បានផ្ដល់ជំនួយច្រើន គួរសម។ ដោយមានការលុកលុយនិងការកាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដោយឃោរ ឃៅ នៃមហាសន្និបាត អង្គការសហប្រជាតិ លើធម្មនុញ្ញា និងដំណោះ ស្រាយ។
