Kampuchea's Hanoi-Backed Government has named Deputy Prime Minister Chan Si as Prime Minister, replacing ousted former strongman Pen Sovan. The Vietnam news agency said today he was unanimoushy elected as Chairman of the Council of Ministers by the National Assembly.
រដ្ឋភិបាលកម្ពុជាដែលគាំទ្រដោយក្រុងហាណូយ បានតែងតាំងអនុនាយករដ្ឋ មន្ដ្រីលោក ចាន់ ស៊ី ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីជំនួសលោក ប៉ែន សុវណ្ណ អតីជា បុរសខ្លាំង។ ភ្នាក់ងារសារព័ត៌មានវៀតណាមបាននិយាយនៅថ្ងៃនេះថា លោកត្រូវបានបោះឆ្នោតជាឯកច្ឆនតែងតាំអជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សារដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ដោយរដ្ឋសភាជាតិ។
