This is a shortened text of an open letter sent to the International conference on Cambodia which opens in New York today. Without in any way under estimating your valiant capacity to assist towards the revolution of the exremely difficult and complex problem of Cambodia.
នេះគឺជាទម្រង់អត្ថបទខ្លីមួយនៃលិខិតជំហរដែលផ្ញើរទៅអង្គសន្និសិទអន្ដរជាតិ ដែលស្ដីពីកម្ពុជាដែលបានធ្វើឡើងនៅទីក្រុងញ៉ូយ៉ក។ ដោយគ្មាន វិធីណា ដែលនៅក្រោមការប៉ាន់ប្រមាណ សមត្ថភាពក្លាហាន របស់អ្នក ដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅបដិវត្ដន៍ នៃបញ្ហាដ៏លំបាកនិងស្មុគស្មាញនៃប្រទេសកម្ពជា។
