Sam Chhoeung aka Pheng, Secretary of Regiment 12, Division 310, confessed that Mann, Cadre of Division 920 Battalion, had joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Hean. The significance of the traitorous plan was to destroy the party's plan to liberate Kampong Cham province.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាន់ កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ាន។ ខ្លឹមសារនៃការប្រជុំគឺបំផ្លាញផែនការវាយសំរុករំដោះកំពង់ចាម របស់បក្ស។
