Leaders of three major Kampuchean resistance groups are to assemble here today for their first attempt to work out a common strategy against Soviet-backed Vietnamese forces in their homeland. Former Premier and anti-communist leader Son Sann, and Khieu Samphan, Head of the Outed Peking-backed Khmer Rouge regime, flew in from Bangkok while Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Former Head of State and commander of the Moulinaka guerrilla faction, will be arriving from Paris for the tripartite conference expected to begin tomorrow.
