The US Delegation here filed evidence on Friday allegedly "Fully confirming" that chemical warfare mad been used in Laos and Cambodia this year. It said the evidence, sent in a letter to UN Secretary-General Kurt Waldneim, was based on analyses by experts and testimony from victimes.
គណៈប្រតិភូសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានបរាជ័យលើភុស្ដុតាងពីការចោទប្រកាន់នៅ ថ្ងៃសុក្រ «ការអះអាងយ៉ាងពេញលេញ» ថាសង្គ្រាមសារធាតុគីមីត្រូវបាន លើប្រទេសឡានិងកម្ពុជានៅឆ្នាំនេះ។ ខ្លួនបាននិយាយថា ភុស្ដុតាងបានផ្ញើរ លិខិតមួយច្បាប់ទៅលោក វីលញាម ជាអគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអង្គការ សហប្រជាតិ ត្រូវបានផ្អែកទៅលើការវិភាគដោយអ្នកជំនាញ និង ការផ្ដល់ សក្ខីកម្មពីសំណាក់ជនរងគ្រោះ។
