Cambodia's three main resistance groups will resume talks here Wednesday aimed at setting up and Anti-Vietnamese coalition, inside suorces said today. The last of their six meeting took place on October 4, when negotiators said they had reached a point requiring them to refer back to their respective Leaders-Khmer Rouge Ex-Premier Pol Pot, Former Head of State Prince Norodom Siahnouk and one-time Pemier Son Sann.
