The Vietnamese-Backed Phnom Penh leadership has warned the ongoing United Nations General Assembly that it will reject any resolution on Cambodia. In a letter to UN Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim, Foreign Minister Hun Sen reiterated that there was no Cambodian problem and hence no global political solution "To be sought."
មេដឹកនាំក្រុងភ្នំពេញដោយគាំទ្រដោយវៀតណាម បានព្រមានដល់មហាសន្និ បាតអង្គសហប្រជាតិថាខ្លួនិងបដិសេធនូវដំណោះស្រាយមួយចំនួនស្ដីពីកម្ពុជា ។ នៅក្នុងលិខិតមួយច្បាប់ជូនលោក ឃើត វលហៀម អគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គសហប្រជាតិ, លោក ហ៊ុន សែន រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីការបរទេស បានរំលឹកឡើងវិញថា កម្ពុជាមិនមែនបញ្ហាណាមួយនិងហេតុនេះមិនមាន ដំណោះស្រាយនយោបាយជាសកល «និងត្រូវបានស្វែងរក»។
