Peking -Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Cambodia's Former Chief of State, says that his talks last week with Khieu Samphan, the political leader to the Khmer Rouge forces , convinced him that there was no hope of forging an alliance against the Vietnamese occupation of Cambodia.
