At a time when certain officials of some International Aid Agencies, pacifist groups and a number of journalists appear to support Soviet Bloc propagan that the Vietnamese - installed Heng Samrin regime should be recognised as the legitimate Government of Kampuchea, the question of why Thailand in anxiously opposing such a move has hardly been asked.
