San Dim, working in political company, division 310, confessed that Say, working in division 310, was his hidden force. In September 1975, he convinced Say to get ready to fight the Kampuchea Communist Party in the future, under the control of Oeun, working in division 310, and Khorn, leader.
ឈ្មោះ សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សយ នៅកងពល ៣១០ ជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់ របស់ខ្លួនយូរមកហើយ។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទៅ ពង្រឹងឱ្យឈ្មោះ សយ ត្រៀមខ្លួនដើម្បីវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា ទៅថ្ងៃមុខ ដែលមាន អឿន កងពល ៣១០ និង ឃន ជាមេដឹកនាំ។
