Mougin, France: Former Cambodian Head of State Prince Norodom Sihanouk, after repeatedly declaring that he would not lend his name to the Khmer Rouge, now says he will accept a little from his erst-while jailers. In an interview with the review in his small villa on the French Riviera, the Prince said that the he is ready to accept the posts of Head of State and Prime Minister of Democratic Kampuchea, accepting an offer made by Chinese Ambassador to France Yao Guang.
