On March 14, 1982, Mr. Jean Louis Morillon of Parsian newspaper "France Soir" Visited a region controlled by Democratic Kampuchea so as to conduct a reporting. Upon his arrival, he was welcomed by cadres of the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs of Democratic Kampuchea. In the afternoon of the Same day, he was recieved by Mrs. Ieng Thirith, Minister for social Affairs of Democratic Kampuchea, who briefed him on the Situaton of the Kampuchean people's struggle against Vietnamese aggression.
នាថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៨២ លោក ចេន ឡៅ មូរីឡូន នៃកាសែត ផារសៀន «ហេ្វន សៀរ» បានទៅទស្សនាកិច្ចនៅតំបន់ដែលគ្រប់គ្រងដោយពួកកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិតេយ្យ ដើម្បីធ្វើសេចកី្ដថ្លែងការណ៍មួយ។ ក្នុងដំណើររបស់លោកត្រូវបានទួលស្វាគមន៍ដោយកម្មាភិបាលនៃក្រសួងកិច្ចការបរទេសកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។ នៅល្ងាចថ្ងៃដ៏ដែល លោកទទួលបានការរាក់ទាក់ដោយលោកស្រី អៀង ធារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីសង្គមកិច្ចកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដែលបានពណ៌នាពីស្ថានភាព នៃប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាក្នុងការស៊ូប្រឆាំងនិងពូកឈ្លានពានវៀតណាម។
