Son Sann demands a "Big Stick" if he is to be put into a "Tiger's Cage" - as he put it. But the role he has been cast in in the past week as the drumbeat for the "Singapore Summit" was becoming louder could well end up with him not being given any stick at all. The leader of the Khmer people's National Liberation Front (KPNLF) might not have shifted positions.
សុន សាន ទាមទារ «ដំបងធំ» មួយប្រសិនបើគាត់ជាអ្នកត្រូវបានដាក់នៅក្នុងទ្រុង ដូចដែលគាត់ត្រូវបានដាក់វា។ ប៉ុន្ដែតួនាទីគាត់ត្រូវបានគេដេញចេញនៅស៍ប្ដាហ៍មុន ដូចដែលគេសមេ្រចសម្រាប់ «កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី» គឺបានប្រែក្លាយជាកាន់ខ្លាំងឡើង ដែលអាចនឹងបព្ចាប់ឱ្យបានល្អឡើងជាមួយគាត់។ មេដឹកនាំរណសិរ្សរំដោះជាតិកម្ពុជា មិនបានផ្លាសប្ដូរគោលជំហទេ។
