The fifth congress of the Vietnamese Communist party has brought to light an unprecendented divission within the party since its founding in 1930. This division stems from some problems, in particular the policy of aggression against Kampuchea carried out by the Le Duan group and the setback of this policy.
សមាជនៃបក្សកុម្មយនិស្ដវៀតណាមលើទី០៥ បានឱ្យធ្វើមានពន្លឺនូវការបែងចែកមួយដែលពីមុនមកមិនធ្លាប់មាន ដែលតាំងពីបក្សបានង្កើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៣០។ រឿងនេះកើតចេញពីបព្ហាាមួយចំនួន ជាពិសេសនោះគោលនយោបាយ ឈ្លានពានប្រឆាំងនងេកម្ពុជា បានអនុវត្ដ ដោយក្រុមលោក លី ឌឿន និង គោលនយោបាយនេះ ការដើរថយក្រោយ។
