Over the past time, the French Government has successively carried out activities which in fact constitue on encouragement and support to the Hanoi authorities in the pursuit of their war of aggression against and extermination in Kampuchea and of the implementation of their Indochinese Federaton" strategy. This strategy is the service of thier own expansin as well as that of their master, the Soviet Union.
អតីតកាលបានកន្លងហួសហើយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលបារំាង បានអនុវត្ដសកម្មភាពដោយជោគជ័យ ដែលជាការពិតបានបន្ដលើទឹកចិត្ដនិង គាំទ្រដល់អាជ្ញាធរក្រុងហាណូយ ក្នុងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងលើសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានប្រឆាំង និង កមេ្ទចប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៃការអនុវត្ដយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្ររបស់សហព័ន្ធឥណ្ឌូចិនរបស់ពួកគេ។ យុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនេះ គឺជាកសម្មភាពមួយនៃការពង្រីកសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួន សហភាពសូវៀត។
