Salay, Chief of Laboratory Group, Hospital P-31, confessed that Suon, secretary of Chey Yo sub-district, was a former resistant network. Before March 18, 1970, enemies arrested him and then sent him to a prison. After being released, he served for the revolutioinary movement. After March 18, 1970, Khuon appointed Suon as a secretary of Sangkat Chey Yo and member of the New Party's committee. In late 1976, Suon laid down plot for network to destroy revolutionary forces at Hospital P-31, and mobilized forces to go against the revolution in September 1976.
ឈ្មោះ សាឡយ ប្រធានក្រុមពិសោធន៍ នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព-៣១ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សួន លេខាសង្កាត់ជយោថា សួន ពីមុនជាខ្សែតស៊ូ ហើយមុនថ្ងៃ១៨-៣-៧០ ខ្មាំងចាប់ដាក់គុក ក្រោយចេញពីគុកលែង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៨-៣-១៩៧០ ឃួន បាន ចាត់តាំង សួន ជាលេខាសង្កាត់ជយោ ហើយជាសមាជិក គណៈកម្មាធិការរបស់បក្សថ្មី។ នៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សួន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបក្ខពួកបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព-៣១ ហើយរៀបចំកម្លាំងវាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦នេះ។
