The last days of the dry season were the marked by the fall of enemy Vietnamese positions. Between 17 and 21 April, 11 Vietnamese position were captured by the National Army and guerrillas of Democratic Kampuchea. Since then, military communiques have reported that 33 other Vietnamese positions have been captured on the main front of Kampuchea.
នៅថ្ងៃមុននៃរដូវប្រាំង ត្រូវបានបង្ហាញសញ្ញាបរាជ័យនៃមូលដ្ឋានទ័ពវៀតណាម។ នាថ្ងៃទី១៧ និង ២១ មេសា មាន១១ មូលដ្ឋានកងទ័ពវៀតណាមត្រូវបានកាន់កាប់ដោយកងទ័ពរំដោះជាតិ និង កងទ័ពព្រៃរបស់កម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។ ចាប់តាំងពីនោះមក កងទ័ពបានចេញសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ថា ៣៣ មូលដ្ឋានទៀត ត្រូវកាន់កាប់នៅជាប់ព្រំដែនសំខាន់របសកម្ពុជា។
