During the month of March, in Ke lap commune, Kratie district, Kratie province, the Vietnamese occupiers siezed the populations' rice by focing it at bayonet- point to exchange the rice for reconnaissance tickets with which they lied, the holders would easily recuperate their goods. But letter on, when our inhabitants presented their tickets in exchange of their belongings, the Vietnamese brigangs threatened to fire at them.
