"The declaration made by Hanoi's authorities aggressors about the so-called partial withdrawal of their trops from Kampuchea is but an odious lie and a dupery they are used to carrying out. The Hanoi's suthorities will never withdraw neither a fraction of their troops nor even a soldier from Kampuchea. But they will continue to forcibly enlit new soldiers to send them and reinforce their troops in Kampuchea.
សុន្ទរកថា បានធ្វើឡើងដោយពួកឈ្លានពានវៀតណាមអំពីភាពលម្អៀងលើការដកទ័ពចេញពីកម្ពុជា គឺជាការកុហក់ និង បោកបព្ឆោាត ដែលពួកគេធ្លាប់ធ្វើនោះទេ។ អាជ£ាធរក្រុងហានណូយ នឹងមិនដកមួយប្រភាគនៃកងទ័ពរបស់ពួកគេ ឬសូម្បីតែមួយដែលជាទាហានចេញពីកម្ពុជានោយទេ។ ប៉ុន្ដែពួកគេនឹងបន្ដចូលបម្រើទាហានថ្មី ដើម្បីបញ្ជូានទៅកម្ពុជា។
