Salay, deputy chief of laboratory office of hospital P-31, confessed that Loeun, chief of Kang Meas district hospital, was a hidden agency of Vietnamese Labor Party infiltrated into the Communist Party of Kampuchea to build up the medical staff network for being attacked the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សាឡយ អនុប្រធានមនី្ទរពិសោធន៍នៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ លឿន ប្រធានពេទ្យស្រុកកងមាស ជាភ្នាក់ងារ បង្កប់របស់បក្សពលករវៀតណាម មកបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុង បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីកសាងខ្សែពេទ្យត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ។
