កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Salay, deputy chief of laboratory office of hospital P-31, confessed that at the end of 1976, Thin, chief of Prey Chhor district hospital, and Kim, cadre of Prey Chhor district hospital, attended a meeting and received plot at hospital P-31 from Ta Suon, secretary of Chey Yo sub-district. The meaning of that meeting was to prepare to attack the party in September 1976 and to destroy forces at hospital P-31. Thin and Kim got 2 responsibilities such as destroyed the revolutionary forces at Prey Chhor sub-district hospital, and collected forces at Northern zone to Prek Kdam in order to receive guns from Cheat, cadre of fishing company, for being attacked the party.
ឈ្មោះ សាឡយ អនុប្រធានមនី្ទរពិសោធន៍នៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ធិន ប្រធានពេទ្យ ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ និងឈ្មោះ គីម កម្មាភិបាលពេទ្យស្រុកព្រៃឈរ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីតាសួន លេខាឃុំជយោ នៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ព-៣១។ ខ្លឹមសារនៃការប្រជុំគឺ រៀបចំត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅខែ៩- ១៩៧៦ និងបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងនៅក្នុងមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ព-៣១។ ធិន និង គីម មានភារកិច្ច ២ យ៉ាងគឺ បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យ ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ និង ប្រមូលកម្លាំងនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរត្រៀមចាំទទួល កាំភើ្លងនៅព្រែកក្ដាម ពីឈ្មោះ ជាតិ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំនេសាទ ដើម្បីទុកវាយបក្ស។
