A big rice farm build with Chinese aid was transferred to the Uandan Government at a ceremony in Kibimba on 23rd January, Speaking at the ceremony, President Obote said the rice project was Sumbolic of Chinese Assistance to Ugandan and represents a most successful example of co-operation between the two countries.
