Suk Soeun joined the CIA in 1969 and was arrested on January 2, 1976. Soeun confessed that Preap Reach Na, 40 years old, joined the CIA in June 1972 with Khuon Kandien and Peou You Thuon being an introducer and acceptor. Reach Na joined the Democratic Party and contacted In Tam. After April 17, 1975, Reach Na had the links with Tiv Kosith. Reach Na contacted Em Chea, a CIA agent, at Chakk Angre Paper factory and hatched plot to destroy factory.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុក សឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ត្រូវបានចាប់ ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ២-១-១៩៧៦ ហើយបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប រាជណា អាយុ ៤០ ឆ្នាំ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៦-១៩៧២ អ្នកនាំចូល ឃួន កណ្ឌៀន អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ ពៅ យូធួន និង ចូលគណបក្សប្រជាធិបតេយ្យទាក់ទងជាមួយ អ៊ិន តាំ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ រាជណា បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈជាមួយ ទីវ កូសិទ្ធ។ រាជណា បានទាក់ទងជាមួយ អែម ជា សេអ៊ីអា នៅរោងចក្រក្រដាស់ចាក់អង្រែ ហើយមានផែនការកំទេច រោងចក្រនេះ។
