In a note handed to the Chinese charge d'affaires on 30th January, and broadcast by Hanoi radio, the Vietnamese Foreig Mnistery called for the cessation of all hostile activities by both sides along the Sino-Vietnamese border and a third round of talks between the two Country to be held in Hanoi or Peking at China's choice in the first half of 1982.
ក្នុងលិខិតប្រគល់ទៅឱ្យចិន ដែលទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការ នាថ្ងៃទី ៣០ មករា និង បានផ្សាយដោយវិទ្យុក្រុងហាណូយរដ្ឋមន្រី្ដការបរទេសវៀតណាម បានអំពាវនាវសម្រាប់កាបញ្ឈប់រាល់សកម្មភាពដោយភាគីទាំងពីរ ដែលនៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែនវៀតណាម និងជាជុំទីបីនៃការចរចារវាងក្រុងប៉េកាំង តាមជម្រើសរបស់ប្រទេសចិនក្នុងពាក់កណ្ដាលនៃឆ្នាំ១៩៨២។
