During our recent visit to Democratic Kampuchea, Prime Minister Khieu Samphann pointed out that some public opinion, while recognizing that Democratic Kampuchea has it own troops and is indeed a main force against Vietnam, says that Democratic Kampuchea has failed to win the widespread support of the people.
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដំណើរទស្សនាកិច្ចទៅកាន់កម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ លោក ខៀវ សំផន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានបព្ចោញមតិមួយចំនួន ខណៈពេលដែលមានការទទួលស្គាល់ថា កម្ពុជប្រជាធិបតេយ្យមានកងទ័ពខ្លះឯង គឺជាកងកម្លាំងចម្បងសម្រាប់ប្រឆាំងវៀតណាម បាននិយាយថា កម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យបានបរាជ័យដើម្បីឈ្នះលើការគាំទ្ររបស់ប្រជាជន។
