It is to be recalled that last December after the French Government annunced its decision to give 40,000 poo dollars in aid to the Vietnamese Government, the Peking authorities immediately reacted by flagrantly interfering in the Internal Affairs of Vietnam and French through varius activities and instigating the ASEAN ruling circules to oppse this aid, but their efforts were futile.
