The Government of Vietnam said Wednesday that it would withdraw some of its estimated 180,000 troops from Cambodian each year if security conditions allowed. Ambassador Tran Quang Co said at a news conference in Bangkok that the leaders of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia decided Wednesday at a two-days summit meeting in Vientiane, the capital of Laos that annual troop withdrawals would follow the pullout of an undisclosed number of Vietnamese soldiers announced in July 1982.
