The Vietnamese Government has failed an armed insure action in Southern Vietnam. According to the Vietnamese Authorities, the plot was defused by the Military Commander for the Ho Chi Minh city region, General Tran Hai Fung. It apparently involved a number of people in senior position in the South and many arrests have been made.
