Summary / Abstract :
Thailand is the warpath again over the drawn-out refugee question following a sharp decrease in the level of resettlement. With only 10 weeks to go, there are indications that no more than 40,000 Indochineses - most of them Cambodians - will be moved out of Thailand in the 1982 calendar year, compared with more than 100,000 last year.
