On 22 July 1983, the "Voice of Democratic Kampuchea" carried on commentary denouncing the just-concluded "Indochinese Foreign Ministers Meeting" manipulated by the Hanoi authorities in Phnom Penh. The commentary said the "Meeting" has proved nothing but Hanoi's stubborn strand to resist the UN resolutions calling for a complete withdrawal of its forces from Kampuchea and the restoration of the right to self-determination of the Kmapuchean people.
