Summary / Abstract :

The Vietnamese aggessors are forcibly mobilizing the Kampuchean population from the provinces of Battambang and Kampong Chnang, Siem Reap... to transport supplies for their troops at the Kampuchea. Thailand border. Those who refused are charged of being in complicity wiht the Democratic Kampuchea forcy, hence are tortured, jailed and even short to death.
