Ms Toth Kim Seng from Democratic Kampuchea reported that the attempt to preserve and develop her National's Folk and Traditional Dances has been disrupted by foreign aggression. Some dancers have been massacred while many other have persecuted. Traditional musical instruments have been destroyed.
