Srang Lay, Ek, Eng, Sot, Lan and Chann Oeun, were soliders who were implicated in the enemy's confession. Mil Marin aka Sou, soldier of Office B-20, conceded that Srang Lay, soldier of Fine Arts in Region 31, attended the meeting and then received his plots to persuade people not to work hard and to let children serve the revolutionary.
ឈ្មោះ ស្រង់ ឡយ, ឯក, អេង, សុត, ឡន និង ចាន់ អឿន ជាយុទ្ធជនជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយខ្មាំង។ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរប-២០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស្រង់ ឡយ យុទ្ធជនសិល្បះ តំបន់ ៣១ ថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ស្រង់ ឡយ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីវា ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យធ្វើការធ្ងន់និងកុំឱ្យកូន ចូលបដិវត្ដ។
