Claims that chemical weapons were used against Vietnam's opponents in Indochina - the so-called "yellow rain" - have been thrown in doubt by a new Canadian investigation. The report by Dr. Bruno Schiefer of the University of Saskatche wan also appears critical of Western procedures employed to prove the use of the illegal weapons.
