Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in the middle of May 1976, Oeung and Voeung held the treacherous meeting in order to verify traitorous forces, who had been built up. During the meeting, Chhan [was arrested by the Angkar] reported that Morn, Secretary of Company, Battalion 132, Regiment 13, Division 310, was a network, who could work for the traitorous activities in the future. Ros Seam aka Song didn't confirm Morn's activities in detail.
