I agree thoroughly with the view expressed in behind Hanoi's benign diplomacy. To us, only the short sighted would advocate helping the Hanoi regime. Only we, the Vietnamese, can fully realise the extent of Soviet domination and the hegemanic, greed of Hanoi leader as well as their deceitful nature. Throughout the period 1970-75, the Soviet Union, while still maintaining diplomatic ties with Lon Nol's Government kept sending arms to the Khmer Communist Party.
