Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Se, soldier of Big Cell, Battalion 131, Regiment 13, Division 310. In May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held a treacherous meeting to review core traitors. At the time, Chhan reported that Se could serve the traitorous activities in the future.
