Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sreng, soldier of Big Cell, Battaion 124, Regiment 12, Division 310. In May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held a treacherous meeting to review the core network who had just been recruited. At the time, Chhan reported that Sreng could serve the treacherous activities in the future.
