Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sot, Assistant of Regiment 12, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held a treasonous meeting to review the core traitors. At that time, Pheng reported that Sot was the person who could serve the treacherous activities in the future.
