Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Company, Division 310. In mid-May 1975, Oeun and Voeun held a treasonous meeting to review core traitors built up since the war until now. At the time, Chhan reported that Say was the person who could served the treacherous activities in the future.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាយ សមាជិកអនុសេនាធំ សមាសភាពកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អឿន និង វឿន បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្នូលក្បត់ដែលកសាងបានកន្លង មកតាំងពីសង្គ្រាមរហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ ពេលនោះ ឆន បានរាយ ការណ៍ថា សាយ ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បាន ទៅអនាគត។
