Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the president of Cambodia's coalition government set up to resist the Vietnamese occupation said here yesterday that he would visit Britain and Western Europe soon in search of aid. According to one of his aides, the princes was hopeful that Britain would support the coalition's claim to Cambodia's seat at the United Nations and might even give it formal recognition.
