Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that he assigned Set, soldier of Big Cell, Battalion 133, Division 310, to lead a group of soldiers to fire at security office of Cheung Prey District at night in order to frighten people and specially cause soldiers to lose confidence in an attack.
