Ros Phorn aka Kep Saroeun confessed that Keav Chhay was indoctrinated by Seng Veng with anti-revolutionary Angkar sentiment and with plots to destory steam kiln. Voal Sapon confessed that Keav Chhay received Um Chamreun's indoctrination with anti-revolution feeling. In July 1975, Keav Chhay received Chea Ol and Um Chamreun to demonstrate in demand for children being taken care by their own and to destroy machines.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ភន ហៅ កែប សារឿន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ គាវ ឆាយ ត្រូវបានសេង វ៉េង បំផុសឱ្យមានកំហឹងនឹងអង្គការបដិវត្ដ ហើយដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកំទេចឡចំហាយ។ ចំណែកវាល់ សាប៉ុន បាន ឆ្លើយថា គាវ ឆាយ ធ្លាប់ទទួលការអប់រំពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ គាវ ឆាយ ទទួលផែនការពីជា អុលនិងអ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារនិងបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីន។
