Ros Phat aka Hean, member of division 310 office, admitted that Rin, chief of battalion 502 group in Siem Reap zone, joined the meeting and took traitorous plan from Peou, working in battalion 502. The traitorous plan was to persuade combatants to defect battlefield. In 1973, Rin joined the meeting and accepted traitorous plan from Khun, chief of big unit, to shoot enemies in the wrong target, and to split up the secret.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ផាត ហៅ ហ៊ាន សមាជិកមនី្ទរកងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ រិន ប្រធានក្រុមវរសេនាតូច ៥០២ សៀមរាបឧត្ដរ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ពៅ វរសេនាតូច ៥០២ ជាមួយខ្លួន។ ផែនការរបស់ ពៅ គឺ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោល សមរភូមិ។ ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ រិន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃុន ប្រធានកងធំ ឱ្យបាញ់បង្ខុសទីតាំងខ្មាំង និងធ្វើឱ្យបែកការ។
