Rit, working in Phnom Penh Energy Unit, confessed that Meun, chief of Phnom Penh Energy Transport, 29, was born in Takeo province. Before the liberation, Meun worked in the special zone with Srong; however, Rit didn't clearly know Meun's activities. After the liberation, Meun worked in Phnom Penh energy unit and was convinced to work as traitor by Hang in 1976. After that, Hang assigned Meun to destroy cars, boats, equipment, and fuel, and to stir up conflict.
ឈ្មោះ រិត នៅថាមពលភំ្នពេញ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មឺន ប្រធាន ដឹកជញ្ជូនថាមពលភំ្នពេញមានអាយុ២៩ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ហើយមុនថ្ងៃរំដោះនៅភូមិភាគពិសេសជាមួយ ស្រុង ឯសកម្មភាព ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។ តែក្រោយរំដោះ មកនៅថាមពលភំ្នពេញ ហើយទទួល ការអប់រំក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ហង់ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ បន្ទាប់មក ហង់ ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យមឺនអនុវត្ដដូចជាបំផ្លាញ ឡាន កាណូត និងឧបករណ៍ ទូទៅបំផ្លាញបេ្រង បំផុសឱ្យមានទំនាស់ជាដើម។
